Construction Loans

Handle a construction loan properly: the build contract, progress payments, drawdowns and the valuation.

Construction lending has moving parts that a standard purchase does not. This session covers how construction loans work, the fundamentals of a build contract, how lenders and valuers view a construction deal, and how the drawdown process funds each stage. You finish able to manage a construction file through its progress payments without losing track.
